Insurance:

The Heller Psychology Group is considered an out-of-network provider for insurance companies, which means that we do not participate directly with insurance. This arrangement allows us to provide quality services without the constraints that insurance companies sometimes impose on treatment and evaluation. Therefore, you must pay for services directly. However, we are happy to provide statements that can be submitted to your insurance company to seek coverage based on what your plan allows through out-of-network benefits. 



We recommend that you check with your health insurance company to determine what your out-of-network benefits cover.  In addition to you being reimbursed by them for services provided, you may be able to use a health savings, flex spending, or other similar types of accounts to cover the cost of treatment and/or an evaluation.
